Built by someone who needed it
StayFit is made by Nabi Ventures LLC — a company of exactly one person, who also happens to be the app's heaviest user.
The calendar is the app
Most fitness apps are built around plans — what you're supposed to do. StayFit started from the opposite end: a calendar of what you actually did. Every workout, meal and streak lands on a month you can look back at, because the honest record is what keeps people showing up.
Everything else grew from that. Recovery scores that compare you to your own baselines instead of someone else's. AI that answers from your own logs, with its limits printed in public. Friends and streaks, because accountability works.
Training is better with someone in your corner
An app can log the work; a person makes you do it. That's why StayFit has real coaching built in — coaches assign programs onto your calendar and answer in your inbox, while what they can see of your health data stays your call, with every sharing toggle off until you say yes. What the app is held to
Not values-page poetry — each of these is checkable in the product today.
Privacy first
Apple Health access is read-only. Form Check runs on your iPhone and never uploads your camera feed. Coach sharing defaults to off, toggle by toggle. None of that is marketing — it's how the app is built.
Honest AI limits
Every AI cap is printed on the pricing page, including the zeroes. If the free tier gets no AI chat, the page says so — we'd rather lose an install than earn it on a lie.
No dark patterns
No push notifications exist in StayFit at all — only local reminders you choose. No fake countdowns, no invented discounts, no guilt screens. The streak is the motivator, and it's yours.
